This time management technique helps you work more efficiently. Instead of requiring your brain to flit between activities, you can organize them in a specific sequence. This produces better focus and a more efficient flow of your work. Start by making a list of all the different activities that you have to do and organize them into categories based on their function. Then decide when you'll do each activity in a logical order.
