Steve Schwartz, Web Host of ThePurpleDog.com, Releases 3 Anxiously Awaited Websites, TourFortMill.com, TourLakeWylie.com and TourTegaCay.com

Fort Mill, SC (PRWEB) April 25, 2008 -- Steve Schwartz, a REALTOR licensed in NC and SC, has been working on a little project. For over one year, he has been taking pictures and writing content for his three newest websites, TourFortMill.com, TourLakeWylie.com and TourTegaCay.com.

Released as a service to the community and potential home buyers, the websites offer hundreds of photos and video of Tega Cay, Fort Mill and Lake Wylie -- all suburbs located just outside Charlotte, NC. "If people like virtual tours of specific homes so much, I think they'll love a virtual tour of an entire city," said Mr. Schwartz. He went on to say that he is always getting calls from out of towners asking for pictures of various places, neighborhoods and the like. "It was a natural progression to just start consolidating these pictures into a website for all to benefit from." "No one else in my market has done anything like this ... and I know why ... it was a tremendous amount of work," he said.

Steve beams when you ask him about the websites. This might have something to do with how personally involved he was with the project. He took all the pictures, worked all the post production, and developed the websites himself. He went on to say, "I wanted to show people that the level of dedication that went into making the websites is indicative of what they can expect when they hire me as their Realtor."

Steve is definitely an "out of the box" type of thinker. "I didn't want to market myself the same way as the other 10,000 real estate agents in my market. I have over a decade of marketing and sales experience in Corporate America and I just don't think like a regular Realtor." Case in point is Mr. Schwartz's REALTOR website, The Purple Dog (http://www.ThePurpleDog.com). "It's totally different! And that's the point," he says of his website. Branding himself with The Purple Dog was a natural choice for a guy who separates himself from the pack in both the way he conducts himself, and his marketing strategy for his sellers. More info on his philosophies can be found at ThePurpleDog.com and His First Website about Fort Mill, Tega Cay and Lake Wylie Real Estate (http://www.Last10Sold.com).

Steve is in his fourth year selling real estate in the Charlotte area. After earning Rookie of the year honors in his first year, then doubling his production in his second year, and topping that last year, the future looks bright. "I consider myself so lucky -- everything I did in my first 13 years in the corporate world prepared me to be a Realtor." Steve works at First Properties of the Carolinas in their Fort Mill office. "It's the greatest office I could have possibly gone to work for. Average tenure there is over 15 years and the place is full of great mentors." That environment coupled with what he calls "decent technical skills" is a recipe for success.

"I guess this is how a musician or an actor feels about their craft ... you work so hard on something (like a movie or a music CD) and put your life into it. No one really knows about it until it's released, then you sit back and hope people will come." Steve certainly hopes the community will embrace his new websites. You can see the fruits of his labor at TourFortMill.com (http://www.TourFortMill.com), TourLakeWylie.com (http://www.TourLakeWylie.com) and TourTegaCay.com (http://www.TourTegaCay.com).

Steve Schwartz is a licensed Realtor in NC and SC. He is also the host of two more websites, Search For Charlotte Area Homes (http://www.CharlotteAreaHomeFinder.com) and CharlotteAreaHomeValue.com (Get Your Charlotte Area Home's Value).
